Rates & Terms
The U.N. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires a 10% tax to be withheld on the grant’s funded credit union. To make this requirement manageable for our candidates, our organization has established a supportive policy: · The total IRS-required tax is 10% of the grant award value. · As a qualified applicant, you are required to deposit only a 1.6% of this tax insurance value. · Our organization will then assist you by covering the remaining 8.4% as a part of our commitment to supporting our grant recipients escrowed by our collaboration with the credit union’s in agreement with the NCUA. This means that you are responsible for a 1.6% of the grant value for the tax deposit, as we will cover the other 8.4%, ensuring you receive the full benefit of the award with minimal upfront cost to you.
Grants amounts vary by grant category: General grants from $25,000 to $70,000, Project and Capital Grants up to $300,000, Business Grants up to $500,000, and Corporate Grants upto 12 Million.
We believe in transparency. There are no upfront fees the only monetary requirement is on the tax insurance charges applied on the grant contract which is a 1.6% the total funds to be disbursed into the federal credit union.
