Grant Terms & Conditions
Grant Amounts
- General Grants: $25,000 - $70,000
- Capital/Project Grants: $50,000 - $300,000
- Business Grants: $100,000 - $500,000
- Corporate: $500,000 - $12,000,000
Tax Insurance (IRS Charges)
- General Grants: 1.6% - 3.6%
- Capital/Project Grants: 1.6% - 5.5%
- Business Grants: 1.6% - 10.6%
- Corporate Grants: 1.6% - 12.6%
General Terms
- 2 Processing Time: Grant approval and disbursement typically takes 1-3 business days after completing the application.
- 3 Prepayment: No prepayment penalties on any grant packages. You should cover your IRS charges added to all grant packages early for faster charges.
- 4 Grace Period: 2 weeks grace period provided for first-time tax insurance clearance to begin repayment after grant disbursement.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Minimum annual income of $25,000
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Stable employment history (minimum 2 years)
Required Documentation
- Driver's License or State ID
- Social Security Card
- Recent Pay Stubs (last 2 months)
- Bank Statements (last 3 months)
- Proof of Residence (utility bill within 90 days)
Credit Score Requirements
Minimum credit score of 580 required. Higher credit scores may qualify for better interest rates and terms. We welcome borrowers with fair to excellent credit.
